Qubix provides a seamless way to manage office workspaces by allowing employees to explore different zones, check availability, view amenities, and book spaces that suit their needs.
Challanges
The key challenge was designing a user-friendly interface that helps employees navigate different workspace zones, understand their purpose and facilities, check availability, and book suitable spaces easily. The design needed to simplify the booking process, clearly distinguish quiet zones, collaboration areas, meeting rooms, and lunch spaces, and ensure a consistent experience across all workspace types.
Goal
The goal of Qubix is to optimize office space utilization, simplify the reservation process, and create a more productive work environment. It aims to help employees make better use of available workspaces, support team collaboration, and ensure a smooth and organized workplace experience.
Research & Discovery
The research focused on understanding how employees use different office spaces for individual work, team collaboration, and meetings. The discovery phase highlighted the need for a centralized platform that makes workspace information, booking options, and facilities easy to access, helping employees plan their workday more efficiently.
