About
Wada Healthcare is a digital healthcare platform that connects patients with doctors, nurses, and essential medical services. With dedicated apps for patients and nurses, alongside a doctor web platform, it simplifies appointment booking, video consultations, home care, and access to diagnostic services through a seamless, user-friendly experience.
Challanges
The main challenge was managing doctor availability and appointment payments. Patients had to submit a request with their preferred date and time and wait for the doctor to accept it before making a payment. Designing a smooth, transparent booking flow while minimizing waiting time and uncertainty was a key challenge.
Goal
The goal was to create a seamless healthcare experience by simplifying doctor and nurse bookings, improving appointment coordination, and making payment flows more transparent. The platform aimed to help patients access medical services easily while enabling doctors to manage consultations and nurses to handle home visits efficiently.
Research & Discovery
The research and discovery phase focused on understanding the needs of patients, doctors, and nurses. I explored challenges in appointment scheduling, doctor availability, payment flows, and home nursing services to identify opportunities for simplifying interactions, improving coordination, and creating a reliable healthcare experience across all three platforms.
